Demande de réservation d'un broyeur pour particulier

Le prêt du broyeur s'adresse exclusivement aux particuliers résidant sur le territoire du SIETOM de Chalosse, pour un usage strictement privé et limité à l'entretien des espaces verts de leur résidence.

Le kit de broyage est prêté pour une durée maximale de 7 jours calendaires maximum (délai entre la date de remise du matériel et sa restitution par l'usager) à l'adresse du retrait.

Pour réserver le matériel, l’emprunteur devra fournir, en téléchargement dans ce questionnaire, un justificatif de domiciliation.

Un contrat, établi et signé entre l'usager et la structure, définira la date et l'heure de restitution du matériel ainsi que son état de retour. Sur présentation de ce mail et de la carte d’identité, le kit de broyage est remis à l'usager en parfait état de propreté et de fonctionnement. Celui-ci devra être rendu dans le même état. En cas de dégradation ou de non restitution, une facturation sera établie.

La demande de réservation doit être faite une semaine avant la date souhaitée de retrait.
